About the Role
Call 2 Connect Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join as Customer Sales Executives. This position requires engaging with customers to identify their needs, promote products or services effectively, and successfully close sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer calls and generate sales through persuasive communication.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned.
- Follow up with potential customers to transform inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Clearly communicate product features, advantages, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Keep precise records of customers and sales activities.
- Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to support business objectives.
