About the Role
We are seeking a Telecalling Executive to join our office-based team. The role involves making calls from the office to customers and requires strong communication skills and resilience in handling challenging conversations.
Key Responsibilities
The main responsibility is to contact delinquent borrowers of bank microfinance institutions to collect overdue payments.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years, open to all ages above 18.
- Freshers are welcome; however, candidates with at least one month of relevant telecalling experience are preferred.
- Applicants should possess a strong personality, honesty, quick learning ability, capability to handle difficult situations, and a good sense of humor.
- Preference will be given to candidates with DRA certification.
Work Schedule and Compensation
- Office hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a rotational weekly off.
- The salary ranges from INR 10,000 to INR 20,000 per month plus incentives based on performance.
- The role offers a fixed salary with the prospect of permanent employment.
- Immediate joining is required.
