Role Overview
Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the Technology Sales Associate is responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle, from identifying potential customers to closing deals. This on-site position requires performing product demonstrations, preparing detailed proposals, coordinating with technical teams to meet client requirements, and maintaining accurate sales data in CRM systems. The role involves cultivating and managing a robust sales pipeline, nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, and supplying market insights to enhance product offerings. Collaboration with marketing and product departments is also essential to support campaigns, events, and customer onboarding efforts.
Key Qualifications
- Strong skills in sales, client relationship management, prospecting, negotiation, and account handling.
- Technical knowledge of software platforms, SaaS products, or digital wayfinding and location-aware technologies.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid organizational and analytical skills to manage pipelines, utilize CRM tools, and analyze sales and market trends.
- Experience in B2B technology or smart building sectors, preferably serving government or enterprise clients.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related disciplines, or comparable practical experience.
- Ability to collaborate efficiently across teams and adapt swiftly to a dynamic technology landscape.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
- Willingness to engage with clients in-person, participate in industry events, and travel locally as required.
