Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Sales Engineer position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves promoting DCP's product range, providing technical assistance, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires engaging clients, presenting product information, and collaborating internally to achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical and financial proposals to clients.
• Offer technical advice and support tailored to customer requirements, including on-location assistance.
• Prepare responses to requests for proposals, information, and tenders.
• Manage and pursue sales activities with key accounts.
• Maintain and update knowledge of current and emerging products.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, reporting findings appropriately.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to three years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with construction chemicals and building materials is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and travel as necessary.
• Proficient in English language, both written and verbal.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
