Role Overview

The Technology Consultant will collaborate closely with business, operations, product, and technology teams to pinpoint operational issues and develop effective technological solutions. This position demands strong practical skills in Python development alongside the capacity to interpret business needs into scalable and maintainable applications.

Work Arrangement

This role embraces a hybrid work model requiring 3 to 4 days per week onsite at either a client or Cognizant office in Singapore, supporting a healthy work-life balance through various wellbeing initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

• Proficient, hands-on experience in Python programming
• Capability to convert business requirements into technical implementations
• Experience in automation and managing data-driven processes
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable Attributes

• Three to five years of experience in Python solution development
• Ability to architect practical, scalable, and maintainable solutions addressing operational challenges
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Skill in conveying technical information clearly to non-technical audiences
