Role Overview

We are recruiting Technical Voice Support Associates specialized in customer support. This role involves solving technical issues via voice communication, requiring excellent English proficiency and a commitment to work night or rotational shifts with weekly off-day rotations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical voice support to customers, addressing and resolving their queries efficiently.
• Deliver quality customer service following company guidelines and standards.
• Engage in various interview rounds including HR, skill assessment, and voice evaluation.
• Adhere to night/rotational shift schedules.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Applicants must be graduates from any discipline.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with a minimum of 6 months relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal English communication skills are mandatory.
• Willingness to join immediately and work night/rotational shifts with weekly off days.
• Attendance in previous interviews at Sutherland post July 1 disqualifies candidates.

• This position requires working from the office located in Chennai.
• One-way cab service and transport allowance are provided to ease commute.
