Responsibilities

The role involves delivering excellent real-time call support within an international voice process. Candidates are expected to manage customer queries effectively on voice channels, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• A minimum of six months up to three years of experience in international voice processes is required.
• Candidates should be ready for immediate joining; a notice period up to 15 days is acceptable.

Work Conditions and Compensation

• Shift schedules include predominantly night shifts with a 5-day work week and rotational weekly offs.
• Compensation ranges from INR 300000 to 350000 per annum, depending on experience.
• The position requires working from the office located at A1 Block, Ground Floor, Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur, Chennai, opposite Perungalathur Railway Station.
• Two-way cab transport is provided for employees living within a 25 km radius, dependent on shift timing.

Selection Process

• Initial HR interview conducted as walk-in.
• Technical panel interview with the service delivery team.
• Assessment round to evaluate skills and suitability.
