Overview
As a Technical Systems Administrator specializing in AMOS, your role is pivotal in driving profitability by delivering exceptional quality support and enhancing end users' skills and efficiency. You will leverage the functionalities of AMOS along with other digital tools critical to the airline’s operations while adhering to established departmental procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance profitability by providing top-tier assistance and boosting user productivity.
- Utilize AMOS and relevant digital applications to meet the organization's operational demands in line with procedural guidelines.
- Identify and analyze process bottlenecks that impact productivity and revenue; implement best practices and lean methodologies to reduce waste and costs.
- Maintain continuous and reliable company operations by optimizing system performance and applying lean strategies for long-term inventory accuracy and traceability, fostering management confidence in service quality.
- Control and customize AMOS and digital applications to suit departmental needs while preventing unauthorized transactions.
- Promote effective end-user proficiency with AMOS and digital systems by offering ongoing guidance, information, and hands-on involvement in developing solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related programming fields.
- Minimum three years of experience working with digital applications within the Airlines and Aviation industry.
