Team Member - Security Operations

Role Overview

The position requires active participation in daily security operations aligned with business and site strategic goals. Responsibilities include operational support, monitoring, access control, and emergency management to maintain a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to aligning daily security activities with overarching strategic objectives, providing insights to improve security effectiveness.
• Assist in enforcing the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operating model for consistent security process execution.
• Engage in on-site patrols and actively monitor premises through CCTV, documenting all relevant observations and maintaining heightened security vigilance.
• Supervise Access Control operations to ensure compliance with procedures and promptly report deviations to security leadership.
• Manage visitor access protocols by overseeing issuance and control of access cards, ensuring secure and seamless entry and exit.
• Support traffic and cargo security by monitoring vehicle and shipment authorization using technologies such as GPS and RFID tagging.
• Serve as a responder during emergencies, following response plans and managing incidents or exceptions effectively.
• Maintain awareness of digital and artificial intelligence developments to incorporate advanced solutions into security operations.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or a closely related discipline.
• Have at least three years of professional experience in security operations focusing on access control, patrol duties, and emergency response management.
