Security & Loss Prevention Executive

Job Overview

We seek a diligent and responsible Security & Loss Prevention (SLP) Executive to oversee loss control, security enforcement, and adherence to operational procedures at our station.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and minimize shipment losses, theft, damages, and deviations from established processes.
• Perform root cause analysis and investigations for incidents involving losses.
• Examine CCTV and Eagle Eye footage to gather necessary evidence.
• Monitor disputes, manage recoveries, and handle outstanding loss cases.
• Ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedures and established security protocols.
• Collaborate closely with Station Managers, Area Managers, and Operations teams to enforce security measures.
• Compile and submit daily and weekly SLP reports along with relevant trackers.
• Detect procedural weaknesses and initiate corrective preventive actions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient communication and strong analytical capabilities.
• Basic proficiency with Excel for reporting and data analysis purposes.
• Skilled in investigation and problem resolution.
• Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, warehouse management, security, or loss prevention is advantageous.

Additional Information

Educational Qualification: Preferably a graduate.

Experience: Preferred range between 1 to 3 years in relevant fields.
