Netlarx, a software firm specializing in IT products, services, and custom ERP solutions for schools and organizations, seeks a Business Operations Head to oversee ecommerce and business functions at its Gwalior location.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ecommerce operations and general business activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle procurement procedures and maintain effective vendor relationships.
• Lead the sales team, guiding them to meet targeted business goals.
• Formulate and implement business-to-consumer strategies to boost growth.
• Manage supply chain processes and oversee inventory control mechanisms.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams and prepare detailed management reports.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Possess sound business judgment with a clear understanding of business priorities.

Skills and Expertise

• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and advanced Excel techniques.

Compensation and Additional Information

The offered salary range for this position is INR 450,000 to 700,000 per annum. This opportunity includes a formal job offer post-selection.
