Security & Loss Prevention Executive

Job Overview

We seek a diligent Security & Loss Prevention Executive to oversee security measures, minimize losses, and ensure adherence to processes at the station level.

Primary Duties

• Supervise and regulate losses including thefts, damages, and deviations from procedures.
• Perform root cause analysis and investigative procedures for loss events.
• Examine CCTV and surveillance footage to gather evidence supporting investigations.
• Maintain tracking of disputes, loss recoveries, and unresolved cases.
• Ensure all activities align with standard operating procedures and security protocols.
• Collaborate closely with Station Managers, Area Managers, and Operations departments.
• Create and update daily and weekly SLP reports and monitoring trackers.
• Detect procedural weaknesses and recommend and enforce corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication and analytical aptitude.
• Fundamental proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools for data evaluation.
• Capable of thorough investigation and effective problem resolution.
• Background experience in Logistics, E-commerce, Warehouse operations, Security, or Loss Prevention is advantageous.

Additional Information

• Educational preference given to graduates.
• Experience in the range of 1 to 3 years is desirable.
