Code F Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire a diligent and proactive Administrator within their Admin & Operations team. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to the leadership cadre.
Role Responsibilities
The Administrator will be stationed full-time at the Nagpur location. Key duties include coordinating investigation cases by assigning work to field investigators, onboarding onboarding new investigators, and ensuring cases are accepted and initiated promptly. This role functions as the central liaison among insurance companies, the internal operations team, and field investigators.
Additional responsibilities involve managing routine office functions such as scheduling, record maintenance, and correspondence management. The Administrator will support both internal and external communications, coordinate with forensic experts and clients, organize meetings and training programs, prepare basic paperwork and reports, and facilitate departmental workflow. Managing office supplies, facilities support, data entry, and straightforward invoicing tasks will also be part of the job, alongside ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Constant on-site presence is required to effectively support the team.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong organizational abilities covering calendar and file management, and thorough documentation practices.
- Skilled in office software including MS Word, Excel, email platforms, and elementary data management tools.
- Clear and professional communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and external partners effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail for accurate record keeping, data entry, and fundamental report generation.
- Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently, supporting multiple stakeholders in a dynamic work setting.
- Knowledge of forensic services, legal procedures, or investigative contexts is a plus.
- Academic credentials such as a bachelor's degree or diploma in administration, management, commerce, or a similar discipline.
- Demonstrated professional responsibility, reliability, a learning mindset, and commitment to confidentiality and data protection protocols.
