Role Overview

As a Team Member, you will play an important role in delivering fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican meals while providing outstanding customer service. You will uphold Zambrero's high standards in food preparation, safety, hygiene, and customer interaction to ensure every guest has an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and welcoming customer service consistently
• Accurately follow recipes to prepare menu items during meal times
• Anticipate customer volume and prepare food as needed
• Maintain strict adherence to food handling, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Assist in daily and weekly cleaning of production, dining, and general restaurant areas
• Support all tasks that contribute to smooth restaurant operations and a great customer experience
