Role Overview

The Team Member position involves preparing and serving quick-service Mexican cuisine while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Working hours can be flexible with shifts during day and night, allowing employees to balance work, study, and personal time.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding and friendly customer service consistently.
• Accurately follow recipes and preparation procedures for food items during service periods.
• Adjust food preparation based on customer demand and anticipated volumes.
• Comply with strict food safety, handling, and sanitation guidelines.
• Participate in regular cleaning tasks for the kitchen, dining, and restaurant areas.
• Support any other tasks that contribute to smooth restaurant operations and positive guest experiences.
