Role Overview

As a Team Member, you will take pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh Mexican food with a welcoming attitude. Your responsibilities include adhering to Zambrero’s service standards, following food preparation methods precisely, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding and friendly customer service at all times
• Accurately follow recipes to prepare menu items during peak and non-peak hours
• Prepare food considering customer volume, adapting as necessary
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation requirements rigorously
• Participate in daily and weekly cleaning routines for kitchen, dining, and restaurant areas
• Perform any additional duties that support smooth restaurant operations and enhance guest satisfaction
