About the Role
Join Chipotle Mexican Grill at their Milton, Ontario location as a Crew Member where you'll help redefine fast food by preparing real, handcrafted meals made from wholesome ingredients free from artificial additives. Key Responsibilities
- Confidently operate and prepare food at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
- Maintain high food quality and kitchen cleanliness, following Chipotle's standards of no use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age.
- Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for assisting customers and teammates alike.
- Eagerness to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Effective communication ability in the primary language(s) at the location.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage ranging from $17.60 to $18.60, based on experience, education, and skill level, aligned with local wage laws.
