Position Overview
Starting as a crew member opens avenues for a meaningful career, as over 80% of Chipotle managers began in this role. We provide comprehensive training to confidently work at different stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Experience in food service is not required; enthusiasm and passion are most important.
