Role Overview

The Task Associate plays a key role in driving operational excellence that supports sales performance and delivers exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include merchandise stocking, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing operational tasks that enable a compelling shopping environment. Collaboration with Merchandise and Operations Managers ensures adherence to performance metrics, compliance, and company standards.

Core Duties

• Support store sales objectives by ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks and product availability.
• Comply with operational processes such as shipment management, inventory handling, merchandise arrangement, and task dashboard deadlines.
• Promote an inclusive atmosphere that values teammates and guests alike.
• Participate in ongoing training initiatives to build knowledge on brands and product categories, enhancing sales capabilities.
• Understand and obey company policies, procedures, dress codes, and loss prevention practices diligently.
• Maintain store presentation including merchandise resets, planogram setups, marketing displays, and overall cleanliness across all store areas.
• Handle physical activities such as lifting up to 25 lbs and mobility throughout the store during shifts.
• Execute additional operational assignments as delegated.

Qualifications and Skills

• Preferably a high school diploma.
• One year or equivalent experience in a similar retail or operational role favored.
• Competency with basic technology including Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Strong independence and team collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement and standing throughout shifts.
• Frequent physical activities such as bending, pushing, pulling, and twisting.
• Regular lifting or carrying of items weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Coordination necessary for object manipulation during shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range for this role is between $15 and $20, dependent on qualifications, experience, location, and shift. Eligible full-time associates receive paid time off along with health, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits. Part-time associates have access to dental, vision, life, and disability coverage. Overtime pay is provided when applicable by law.
