Role Summary

The Task Associate is vital for operational excellence supporting sales goals by ensuring merchandise is stocked, maintaining cleanliness, and executing assigned duties. This role supports management through focus on performance metrics, teamwork, and compliance with operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive retail objectives by ensuring timely task completion and product availability.
• Achieve compliance and execution targets related to operational dashboards, including shipment, replenishment, merchandise setups, and inventory management.
• Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
• Foster an inclusive atmosphere supporting colleagues and customers alike.
• Engage in continuous learning through training on product brands and categories to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, standards, and dress code.
• Perform merchandise resets, planogram implementations, marketing displays, inventory counts, and shipping procedures using company technology.
• Maintain operational excellence by keeping work areas replenished, properly signed, and presented with testers available.
• Ensure store cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, stockroom, and break areas.
• Safeguard company assets through loss prevention practices and excellent guest service.
• Carry out additional operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Preferred high school diploma.
• At least one year of relevant work experience or equivalent educational background.
• Comfortable using basic technology, such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Additional Information

• Flexible scheduling required, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical demands include frequent standing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 25 lbs, and continuous movement throughout the store.

• Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Overtime pay is applicable as per law.
