Role Overview

The Task Associate plays a fundamental role in ensuring operational excellence to support sales efforts and deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves maintaining product availability, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and compliance, and assisting management by executing assigned tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Help achieve or exceed store retail targets by properly stocking merchandise and completing designated tasks.
• Ensure compliance with task dashboards and operational procedures, including shipment, replenishment, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Maintain consistent, timely attendance.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both teammates and customers.
• Engage regularly in ongoing brand and category trainings to enhance professional growth and sales capabilities.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, standards, and dress code.
• Execute merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and perform inventory procedures using company technology.
• Maintain store standards by keeping work areas well stocked, organized, and clean—including sales floor, restrooms, cash wrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention guidelines and delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Preferred completion of high school diploma.
• At least one year of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is favored.
• Comfortable using basic technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team member.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

Working Conditions and Requirements

• Work schedule must be flexible, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
• Physical demands include continuous movement, standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, twisting, and lifting up to 25 pounds regularly during shifts.
• Coordinate and manipulate objects frequently throughout the shift.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay rate ranges from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, shift, and location. Eligible full-time associates receive paid time off and health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits. Part-time associates qualify for dental, vision, life, and disability coverage as well. Overtime pay applies according to applicable laws.
