Role Summary

The Task Associate plays a vital role in upholding operational excellence that supports sales goals and ensures an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities will include maintaining merchandise displays, store cleanliness, and executing assigned tasks under the guidance of Merchandise and Operations Managers, focusing on performance, people, and process.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive retail success by executing tasks efficiently and ensuring product availability.
• Meet compliance and execution targets related to task dashboards, manage shipment and replenishment, perform merchandise sets, and conduct inventory procedures within expected timelines.
• Maintain consistent and timely attendance.
• Foster an inclusive atmosphere that supports coworkers and guests alike.
• Engage regularly in training programs including brand and category education to support continuous learning and improve sales outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, dress code, and operational standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventories, and shipment processing utilizing company technology and best practices.
• Keep assigned areas fully replenished, properly signed, faced, and testers available.
• Maintain excellent store standards including cleanliness of sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break areas.
• Safeguard company assets by following loss prevention protocols and delivering exceptional guest services.
• Perform additional operational tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Preferred education: High school diploma.
• Preferred experience: At least one year of relevant work experience or a comparable blend of education and relevant experience.
• Technology proficiency with point of sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

Work Schedule and Physical Requirements

• Must be available for a flexible schedule including early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Constant movement throughout the store during shifts.
• Frequent activities involving standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting.
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Continuous coordination and manipulation of objects during the shift.
