Role Summary

The Task Associate (TA) supports the operational excellence that drives sales and ensures an exceptional customer experience. This involves maintaining stocked fixtures, store cleanliness, and completing operational tasks assigned by Merchandise and Operations Managers. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to established procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Help the store meet or exceed retail goals by executing assigned tasks and ensuring product availability for customers.
• Achieve compliance and execution objectives via the task dashboard, including shipment and replenishment handling, inventory counts, and merchandise setups.
• Ensure punctual and consistent attendance.
• Foster an inclusive environment supporting teammates, peers, and guests.
• Participate regularly in ongoing training programs to enhance product and brand knowledge, promoting sales growth.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, inventory processes, and shipment procedures using company technology.
• Maintain operational standards by keeping assigned areas stocked, properly signed, and visually appealing with available testers.
• Uphold high standards for store cleanliness in sales areas, restrooms, cash registers, backroom, and break zones.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and delivering excellent guest service.
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least one year of relevant work experience preferred, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Proficient with basic technology including Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.

Working Conditions

• Constant mobility and frequent standing, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and twisting during shifts.
• Regular lifting or moving of items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Continuous coordination and manipulation of objects.
