Key Responsibilities

• Support store retail goals by ensuring all operational tasks are completed efficiently and merchandise is well-stocked and accessible for customers.
• Achieve compliance and execution targets, including prompt completion of the task dashboard, shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise setups, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Promote an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for coworkers and guests alike.
• Engage continuously in training programs covering brand knowledge and product categories to improve sales effectiveness.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and dress code requirements diligently.
• Execute merchandise resets, maintain planograms and marketing displays, perform physical inventories, and handle shipments using Ulta Beauty's technologies and standards.
• Keep assigned areas replenished, appropriately signed, and organized, with testers available for customers.
• Uphold high cleanliness standards across the sales floor, restrooms, cash registers, backroom, and break areas.
• Protect company assets by applying loss prevention best practices and delivering outstanding guest service.
• Carry out additional operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Preferred high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant work experience or a combination of education and work experience.
• Familiarity with basic technologies such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Work Conditions and Special Requirements

• Schedule flexibility to accommodate early mornings, daytime, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
• Physical demands include frequent standing, bending, reaching, twisting, and moving/lifting items up to 25 pounds.
• Continuous movement and coordination throughout the store during shifts.
