Key Responsibilities

• Ensure merchandise fixtures are consistently stocked to support sales objectives.
• Complete operational duties such as shipment processing, merchandise sets, inventory procedures, and maintaining task dashboard compliance.
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break areas.
• Adhere to company policies including dress code and loss prevention practices.
• Support team and guest interactions to foster an inclusive, positive environment.
• Participate in ongoing brand and category training to drive professional growth and sales performance.
• Execute store resets, planograms, and marketing displays using company technology and best methods.

Qualifications

• Preferred high school diploma or equivalent education.
• At least one year of relevant work experience or comparable education and experience combined.
• Proficiency with technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude.

Schedule and Physical Requirements

• Flexible availability including early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and twist frequently during shifts.
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 25 pounds regularly throughout the workday.
• Continuous movement around the store is required.
