Role Summary

The Task Associate is integral to operational excellence supporting sales initiatives and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities include stocking merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing assigned tasks. This role collaborates closely with the Merchandise and Operations Managers, focusing on performance metrics, team support, and process adherence. Attention to detail and compliance with procedures are essential.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Help achieve or surpass retail goals by ensuring merchandise availability and timely completion of tasks.
• Meet compliance requirements including task dashboard objectives, shipment and replenishment operations, merchandise sets, and inventory processes.
• Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
• Contribute positively to an inclusive environment that supports peers and guests.
• Engage in continuous training covering brands and product categories to support professional growth and sales performance.
• Abide by company policies, procedures, and dress code standards.
• Execute merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, inventory counts, and shipment processing using company technology and best practices.
• Ensure assigned areas are fully stocked, properly signed, faced, and tester products are accessible.
• Uphold superior store standards and cleanliness in all areas including sales floor, restrooms, cash wrap, backroom, and break rooms.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and delivering excellent customer service.
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• Preferred high school diploma.
• One year of related work experience or a combination of education and relevant experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements and Working Conditions

• Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Physical demands include constant movement around the store, frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, twisting, and lifting/moving up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to coordinate and manipulate objects continuously during shifts.
