Role Summary

The Task Associate plays a crucial role in operational excellence by supporting sales goals and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities include stocking merchandise, maintaining cleanliness, and completing assigned duties while supporting the Merchandise and Operations Managers. Attention to detail and adherence to processes and guidelines are critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support retail sales by ensuring product availability and executing all assigned operational tasks efficiently.
• Achieve compliance and execution targets related to task management, shipment processing, merchandise organization, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
• Foster an inclusive atmosphere that supports colleagues and guests alike.
• Engage in regular training programs focused on brand knowledge and category education to enhance professional skills and sales outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, dress code, and operational standards.
• Perform merchandise resets, update planograms, set up marketing displays, carry out physical inventory, and handle shipment processing using company technology.
• Keep assigned work areas well-stocked, properly signed, and orderly with available product testers.
• Maintain superior store cleanliness including sales floor, restrooms, register areas, backroom, and break areas.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention protocols and delivering excellent guest service.
• Complete additional operational tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Preferred minimum education: High school diploma.
• At least one year of relevant experience or a comparable mix of education and experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using basic technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Work Conditions

• The role requires continuous movement throughout the store, including frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting during shifts.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 25 pounds regularly during the shift.
• Ongoing coordination and manual manipulation of objects is necessary.

Schedule Requirements

Work schedules are flexible and may include early mornings, day shifts, evenings, weekends, overnight hours, and holidays.
