Role Overview

The Task Associate is essential in driving operational excellence to support sales goals and provide a remarkable customer experience. This role focuses on stocking merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing designated tasks. Working closely with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, the associate prioritizes performance through operational metrics, supports team and guest interactions, and ensures compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure tasks are completed effectively to maintain merchandise availability and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
• Adhere to compliance and operational standards concerning shipment, replenishment, merchandise displays, and inventory procedures.
• Attend work punctually and consistently.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for colleagues and customers alike.
• Participate in ongoing brand and category training to support professional growth and sales enhancement.
• Strictly follow company policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Conduct merchandise resets, organize planograms, set up marketing displays, handle inventory counts, and process shipments using company technology.
• Maintain assigned work areas by replenishing stock, ensuring appropriate signage and tester availability.
• Keep all store areas—including sales floor, restrooms, cashwrp, backroom, and break spaces—clean and orderly.
• Protect company assets through loss prevention measures and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Carry out additional operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Preferred: High school diploma.
• Preferred: Minimum of one year relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Comfort with basic technology, including Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Work Conditions and Requirements

• Flexible scheduling requirements including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
• Physically active role involving frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, twisting, and lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
• Mobility required throughout the store during shifts.
