Key Responsibilities

• Support store performance goals by ensuring merchandise is fully stocked and operational tasks are completed promptly.
• Achieve compliance and execution targets linked to task dashboards by managing shipments, replenishment, inventory counts, and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Maintain consistent attendance and reliability during scheduled work hours.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for teammates and guests alike.
• Engage regularly in training sessions on brands and categories for ongoing development and enhanced sales proficiency.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards, including adherence to the dress code.
• Execute merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventories, and shipment processing utilizing Ulta Beauty's technology and best practices.
• Ensure operational excellence by keeping assigned areas replenished, attractive, and well-maintained, including tester availability.
• Uphold store standards for cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break areas.
• Protect store assets by implementing loss prevention strategies and providing exceptional customer service.
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least one year of relevant work experience or an equivalent education-work combination is preferred.
• Comfortable using basic technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.

Working Conditions

• Expected to be physically active throughout the shift, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting frequently.
• Regular lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds and ongoing coordination tasks during the shift.
