Role Summary

The Task Associate plays a vital role in ensuring operational excellence, supporting sales objectives by maintaining product availability, store cleanliness, and execution of assigned duties. Reporting to Merchandise and Operations Managers, this role emphasizes operational performance, teamwork, and adherence to procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Help achieve or surpass retail targets by ensuring tasks are completed and products are consistently stocked and accessible.
• Fulfill compliance and execution benchmarks tied to operational dashboards, including shipment processing, merchandise arrangement, inventory management, and procedural adherence.
• Maintain consistent and timely attendance.
• Promote an inclusive workplace supporting colleagues and customers.
• Engage regularly in ongoing training including brand and category education to foster professional growth and heightened sales.
• Follow and uphold all company policies, procedures, dress codes, and standards diligently.
• Complete merchandise displays, planograms, marketing setups, inventory counts, and shipment processing using company technology and best practices.
• Ensure assigned work areas are fully stocked, properly signed, neatly faced, and tester products are available.
• Maintain excellent store cleanliness standards including sales floors, restrooms, cash areas, storage, and break rooms.
• Safeguard company assets by adhering to loss prevention procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Undertake additional operational tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Preferred high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of relevant work experience or comparable education and experience combination.
• Basic proficiency with technology systems such as Point of Sale and Apple devices.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Effective problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions and Special Requirements

• Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
• Physical demands include continuous mobility within the store, frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, twisting, and regularly lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay ranges from $17 to $25, depending upon education, certifications, experience, shift, location, and organizational requirements. Eligible employees may qualify for overtime as mandated by law.
