Job Summary

The Task Associate is instrumental in supporting operational excellence that drives sales and ensures outstanding guest experiences. Their role includes replenishing merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing assigned operational duties. They actively support the Merchandise and Operations Managers focusing on performance metrics, team collaboration, and adherence to company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Help meet or exceed store retail goals by ensuring merchandise availability and task completion.
• Achieve compliance and execution targets such as task dashboard objectives, shipment and inventory procedures, and merchandise resets.
• Maintain consistent and timely attendance.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for teammates and guests.
• Engage in ongoing training on brand and product categories to promote growth and sales effectiveness.
• Follow all company policies, dress code, and operational standards.
• Perform merchandise resets, planogram setups, marketing displays, physical inventory activities, and shipment processing using company technology.
• Keep assigned areas replenished, organized, signed, and stocked with testers.
• Maintain superior cleanliness throughout the store including sales floor, restrooms, cash wrap, backroom, and break areas.
• Protect assets by adhering to loss prevention policies and delivering excellent customer service.
• Carry out additional operational duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Preferred high school diploma.
• At least one year of relevant work experience or a combination of education and experience.
• Competent with basic technologies such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.

Working Conditions

• Requires continuous movement throughout the store during shifts.
• Frequent standing, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and twisting.
• Regular lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds.
• Coordination and manual manipulation of materials during shifts.
