About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the complete recruitment function, devise strategies that align with business objectives, and cultivate a high-performing recruitment team focused on attracting top talent across various levels and departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a forward-looking talent acquisition strategy in line with organizational growth and workforce demands.
  • Create and sustain talent pools for critical and challenging roles across all business units.
  • Promote employer branding to establish the company as an attractive employer in the competitive market.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and leadership positions, covering sourcing, evaluation, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to understand hiring requisites and offer strategic talent consultation.
  • Supervise, mentor, and grow a team of recruiters and talent acquisition professionals.
  • Set individual performance goals, track recruitment targets, and ensure effective hiring outcomes.
  • Encourage a culture centered on responsibility, persistently enhancing processes and candidate experience.
  • Work with HR business partners and department leaders to anticipate recruitment needs and formulate headcount plans.
  • Analyze labor market trends, utilizing data-driven insights to inform workforce planning.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business units on talent acquisition strategies, market knowledge, and recruitment best practices.
  • Manage partnerships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and sourcing vendors.
  • Enhance recruitment processes, tools, and applicant tracking systems to boost efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
  • Monitor core recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance, and hire quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years in talent acquisition with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring executives and managing extensive recruitment drives.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Saudi labor market, Saudization policies, and compliance with Qiwa/MHRSD regulations.
  • Experience utilizing ATS software and recruitment analytics platforms.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in both Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in staffing, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), or managed service operations.
  • Familiarity with competency-based interview techniques.
  • Possession of professional HR credentials such as SHRM or CIPD.
