IT Project Manager (IT Development)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager specialized in IT development, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The candidate should have between 8 and 20 years of experience in managing software projects, with an immediate to 30-day notice period preferred. This role demands proactive leadership to oversee and successfully deliver technical projects aligned with business goals, managing scope, timelines, and budgets efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple software development projects ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Create detailed project plans combining client requirements and company goals, coordinating technical teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Continuously track project progress, reporting on milestones and deliverables.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to secure and allocate resources effectively.
• Manage project budgets to meet financial targets.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptly.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in software project management, with significant exposure to IT development projects.
• Knowledge or experience in managing projects related to Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), and Data Science is advantageous.
• Proficient with project management tools and adept in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in risk management and strategic project planning.
• PMP certification or an equivalent project management accreditation is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
