Overview and Responsibilities
This role requires ensuring that all work complies with established policies, procedures, and approved instructions. The analyst will actively seek opportunities for continual enhancement of systems, processes, cost efficiency, and productivity. Compliance with applicable laws and standards across various functions such as healthcare compliance, health and safety, risk management, and cybersecurity within the organization is essential. Issues should be escalated promptly to guarantee effective and timely resolution.
The role involves organizing task workflows and implementing relevant policies, procedures, tools, and forms. The analyst will gather data on regional hiring needs and assist in compiling reports to aid decision-making. They will support both internal and external recruitment efforts and coordinate with recruitment agencies or platforms when necessary.
Additional duties include collecting necessary documentation and aiding in the onboarding process for new staff, such as registering employees in the HR system, acquiring security clearances, allocating office space, and arranging IT and work-related equipment. The analyst will also help conduct induction sessions that introduce new hires to company culture, values, management, location, and policies.
The position requires participation in employee performance appraisals by initiating reviews, gathering and consolidating performance data, conducting basic analyses, and reporting findings with accuracy and punctuality. Support for implementing compensation and benefits plans to ensure fairness is expected, as is involvement in assessing training requirements and drafting training plans and budgets aligned with organizational policies.
Further responsibilities include supporting payroll functions, managing benefit transactions with timely updates in the system, integrating employee records into the HR information system, and administering employee relations matters such as contract renewals, leave management, health insurance, and grievance handling.
