Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned investment expert to become part of our Commercial Investment Sector. This role requires an extensive background in financial advisory, investment assessment, and real estate-related investments.
Experience and Skills Required
- Extensive professional experience exceeding 10 years.
- Preferably a minimum of 5 years in Financial Advisory or Consulting firms.
- Subsequent experience in real estate or broader investment sectors.
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling, Feasibility Studies, Investment Analysis, Valuation, and Highest & Best Use (HBU) Analysis.
- Educational background ideally in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar business discipline.
