About the Opportunity
This rare executive role involves leading a rapidly expanding, confidential joint venture formed by international technology leaders and prominent Saudi national organizations. The enterprise aims to set the standard for Smart Cities, Spatial Computing, 3D Digital Twin Platforms, and Sovereign Artificial Intelligence. The role demands steering operational growth, product commercialization, and market expansion of advanced urban technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage comprehensive operational execution, business development, and commercial success of a multimillion-dollar Smart City and Spatial AI platform.
- Oversee the deployment of 3D Digital Twins, Geospatial AI, map-centric Super Applications, and Sovereign Cloud Infrastructure targeted at large-scale projects, municipalities, and master developers.
- Convert innovative AI and spatial data technologies into profitable, scalable commercial products including SaaS and B2B/B2G urban service platforms.
- Act as the principal executive liaison establishing strategic partnerships with government entities, master developers, and municipalities to institutionalize the technology as the national benchmark for intelligent urban ecosystems.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team of engineers, product managers, and commercial professionals while maintaining data sovereignty principles and exemplary corporate governance standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Extensive senior executive leadership background (COO, MD, VP, or comparable roles) spanning 12 to 15+ years, particularly within Smart Cities, Property Technology, Geospatial/GIS platforms, major technology firms, or telecom digital divisions.
- Deep familiarity with urban technology ecosystems, including master-planned community solutions, three-dimensional mapping/GIS, and AI-powered municipal systems.
- Proven expertise in Public-Private Partnerships, commercial strategy, comprehensive P&L oversight, and executing B2G/B2B transactions relevant to the Saudi public sector and real estate market.
- Entrepreneurial mindset characterized by agility in aligning sophisticated deep-technology assets with viable commercial market opportunities.
