Job description

Role Overview

The position calls for a versatile HR professional experienced in various human resource functions. Key duties include onboarding new hires and gathering their essential background details, alongside providing ongoing support to current employees. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with leadership to deliver employee training and devise strategies to boost engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across all departments.
  • Work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
  • Develop talent pipelines for essential and future positions.
  • Manage new hire onboarding ensuring a smooth candidate journey.
  • Contribute to workforce planning initiatives, including Saudization efforts.
  • Identify training requirements through analysis of business and performance data.
  • Design and implement learning and leadership development programs.
  • Assess training effectiveness and guide employee development plans.
  • Support succession planning and career growth activities.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing schemes.
  • Facilitate employee recognition and reward programs.
  • Evaluate engagement survey feedback to drive improvement action plans.
  • Promote a supportive, inclusive, and high-achieving organizational culture.
  • Assist in the performance management cycle covering goal setting and employee evaluations.
  • Advise managers on improving performance and developing employees.
  • Spot high-potential talent and help implement succession strategies.
  • Serve as a confidant and advisor to leaders on HR matters.
  • Ensure HR strategies align with broader business objectives.
  • Support organizational structure design, workforce optimization, and change initiatives.
  • Provide HR analytics to aid strategic business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Between three to five years of professional experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Proven competency in onboarding processes and general HR administration.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
