Role Overview

• Lead complete recruitment processes for Singapore and select international positions, encompassing candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align hiring strategies with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain local talent pipelines through recruitment platforms, external agencies, universities, and professional networks.
• Assist local HR initiatives including employer branding and operational tasks as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years of recruitment or related professional experience.
• Demonstrate comprehensive experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and a solid knowledge of the Singapore talent market.
• Have a good understanding of local employment regulations and practices.
• Exhibit excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Be proactive, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Chinese, with the capacity to use Chinese as a work language.
• Experience in technology, internet, or fast-growing international companies will be an advantage.
