Role Overview

• Design and implement comprehensive user growth strategies, emphasizing acquisition, retention, engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Utilize both quantitative data analytics and qualitative research methodologies, including user interviews and market surveys, to understand diverse market segments and user behavior, informing actionable growth insights.
• Plan and conduct growth experiments, develop scientific metrics frameworks, analyze experimental data, and continuously refine growth tactics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, data, and operations to ensure the successful delivery of key GTM initiatives.
• Develop expertise in AI-driven consumer products to identify growth potential and standardize effective growth approaches to assist team efforts.

Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of professional experience in internet product growth, user operations, or GTM roles, preferably with AI consumer product experience and a proven ability to drive growth from inception.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, statistics, data science, AI, engineering, or related STEM fields, demonstrating strong analytical and logical thinking capabilities.
• Advanced skills in data analysis utilizing tools like Excel, SQL, and Python to diagnose growth challenges and assess strategy effectiveness.
• Knowledge of comprehensive user growth methodologies, patterns in user behavior, and prior experience implementing growth plans is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a goal-driven attitude.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese languages for professional communication.
