Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Executive Search division. The focus of this position is to identify and secure exceptional leadership talent for both our company and clients. This role contributes significantly to the formation of high-performing teams by employing strategic recruitment techniques and comprehensive candidate evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted strategies to find executive and senior-level candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to determine candidate qualifications and cultural alignment.
• Manage salary negotiations and oversee the full offer process from start to finish.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout recruitment.
• Utilize and expand professional networks to source top-tier talent.
• Investigate and analyze market trends to refine talent acquisition strategies.
• Keep detailed records of recruitment activities and candidate communications.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to understand specific hiring needs.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of five years' experience in recruitment is essential.
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level, coupled with exceptional communication abilities.
• Experience recruiting candidates for the US market.
• Demonstrated success working in remote work environments.
• Strong skills in negotiation and relationship management.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and assessment skills.
