About the Role
Join Sunnyfield Disability Services as a Support Worker based in Toongabbie, New South Wales, where flexibility, purpose, and genuine human connections define your workday. This role offers stable shift patterns, including morning shifts starting at 6am or 7am, afternoon shifts, and sleepovers. Candidates must be available to work these scheduled shifts. Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support to promote independence among participants.
- Assist with personal care and daily routine activities.
- Encourage and facilitate social participation and skill building.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with participants and their families.
- Keep accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a positive, can-do mindset.
- Have prior experience working with people with disabilities.
- Display creativity and excel in collaborative team environments.
- Remain calm and confident when supporting individuals with complex behaviors.

Essential Requirements
