Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored assistance that encourages independence for those with disabilities.
- Support individuals with personal care needs.
- Facilitate involvement in social events and development of new skills.
- Establish and maintain constructive relationships with participants and their families.
- Ensure accurate documentation and uphold safe work practices.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude.
- Possess at least two years of experience working with people with disabilities.
- Think innovatively and flourish within a cooperative team setting.
- Remain calm and assured when supporting individuals with complex behavioral challenges.
