Job description

About Shrink & Co.

Shrink & Co. is a mental health and specialist behaviour solutions provider focused on psychology, psychiatry, and behaviour support. Operating from locations in Gold Coast, Queensland and Tweed Heads, New South Wales, the company serves a growing client base across Southeast Queensland and Northern NSW.

Vision and Purpose

The Practitioner operates under the BIT Team Leader and works either collaboratively with or as a Lead Practitioner alongside the team.

  • Accountability for own outcomes in alignment with company objectives
  • Proficiency in formal and informal writing, especially report composition
  • Ability to align personal goals with organizational mission
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills supporting collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
