Supply Chain Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our client's team in Wicklow Town on a permanent, full-time onsite basis. The role primarily focuses on ensuring the efficient flow of products from suppliers to customers by managing inventory, processing orders, coordinating logistics, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Primary Duties

• Oversee stock levels by monitoring inventory, performing physical counts, and recording accurate stock data.
• Manage order processing activities including the full cycle of order fulfillment and preparation of associated documents.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to track shipments and assure timely delivery aligned with production timelines.
• Engage with suppliers and internal departments such as production, logistics, and quality to address and resolve any discrepancies or supply chain challenges.
• Support report generation by preparing operational reports, analyzing supply chain data, and monitoring key performance indicators.
• Maintain meticulous records of inbound and outbound goods to comply with Revenue audit requirements on inward processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or a related discipline is typically preferred.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics functions is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel, and familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed records in fast-paced settings.

Additional Information

The Supply Chain Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Group Supply Chain Director, Logistics Manager, and assist purchasing assistants with their duties. This summary outlines key responsibilities but is not exhaustive.
