Job Overview
This role partners with a leading global enterprise seeking a Solution Engineer to become part of an expanding pre-sales technical team. Ideal for technically skilled professionals with a commercial mindset, this position involves collaborating directly with clients to support sales engagements and convert business challenges into viable technology-driven answers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams during client-facing sessions to perform technical discovery.
- Comprehend customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Create dynamic product demos, proofs of concept, and prototypes.
- Assist in discussions around solution architecture, integration, and implementation strategies.
- Respond to initial technical, security, and compliance inquiries throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop reusable demonstrations, case studies, and materials to aid sales enablement.
- Spot opportunities to extend solution offerings and aid in advancing deals.
- Coordinate closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure smooth technical transitions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in roles such as Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant, Solutions Architect, or Technical Account Manager with customer-facing technical responsibilities.
- Comfort operating within a sales-driven environment and actively supporting live client discussions.
- Solid knowledge of technical architectures, SaaS platforms, and B2B technological solutions.
- Proven capability to conduct technical discovery and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills suited for both technical audiences and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies with curiosity about their practical applications in solving business issues.
- Familiarity or experience in APIs, software integrations, cloud infrastructure, security, and compliance is advantageous.
