Role Summary

As a Supervisor or Shift Leader at Zizzi, you become an essential leader within the management team. We seek proactive and approachable individuals eager to lead by example, taking responsibility for key operational areas such as the bar, food pass, or hosting during peak times, and overseeing the entire restaurant during quieter periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operations smoothly and safely during less busy times.
• Lead front-line during busy periods, taking full accountability for your designated area: Pass, Bar, or Floor.
• Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently on the floor, ensuring positive experiences.
• Inspire and mentor Front of House staff to develop skills and consistently provide exceptional hospitality.
• Maintain high standards in food presentation and overall restaurant environment to create memorable occasions.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming atmosphere for both team members and guests.
