Overview
This role entails overseeing workforce discipline and efficiency during designated shifts, ensuring tasks are allocated and completed effectively within a manufacturing setting.
Primary Duties
- Manage and enforce labor discipline standards among workers.
- Delegate tasks and work assignments to team members.
- Supervise daily productivity and compile individual work reports.
- Restrict phone use and eliminate distractions throughout shift hours.
- Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Oversee procurement of raw materials required for production.
- Conduct visits to local repair and supply shops as part of operational duties.

- Shift hours are from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
