Collections Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a Collections Supervisor to oversee and drive the daily functions of our collections team. This role involves managing team performance, ensuring targets are met, and improving overall collection effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily collections team activities.
• Track and analyze team performance to meet collection goals.
• Deliver training, coaching, and ongoing support to staff.
• Address escalated cases and negotiate feasible payment arrangements with clients.
• Develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing collection efficiency.
• Work closely with backend and process teams to resolve operational issues.
• Compile and present performance insights to leadership.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of one year experience in team supervision within collections or similar domains.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with debt recovery processes and relevant legal frameworks.
• Competence in utilizing collections-related software tools.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting data and making decisions.
• Ability to manage stressful environments and resolve conflicts effectively.

Compensation and Eligibility

• Salary range: 28,000 to 40,000 INR per month, adjustable based on previous package.
• Applicants must be graduates or hold higher qualifications.
• Open to candidates with at least one year of supervisory experience in DRA or Non-DRA settings.
