Role Overview
The Field Supervisor is responsible for identifying and developing new advertising sites by conducting thorough market surveys and regular field visits within designated and surrounding areas. This role involves liaising effectively with property owners, local authorities, and other stakeholders to secure site permissions and negotiate commercial terms. Maintaining organized records of existing and potential sites along with photographic and measurement data is crucial.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify profitable locations for new outdoor advertising sites.
- Conduct regular field visits and comprehensive market surveys in assigned regions.
- Search for high-visibility and commercially viable locations for outdoor advertisements.
- Establish strong coordination with property owners, local government, and relevant stakeholders.
- Negotiate site permissions and commercial terms, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Collect and maintain photographs, site measurements, and all requisite details for each location.
- Keep an updated and organized record of developed and potential advertising sites.
- Monitor local market activities and spot new opportunities for site development.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong skills in negotiation and relationship management.
- Good understanding of the local market and surrounding areas.
- Confidence in fieldwork and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
