Field Supervisor

Job Overview

The role involves daily inspections of the company’s media sites across various locations, ensuring advertisements and boards are properly installed and maintained. Candidates will be responsible for capturing daily photographs of ongoing advertisements and updating records accordingly. Any issues found at the site must be promptly reported to the office. Ensuring cleanliness, upkeep, and the correct placement of media sites is also expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Visiting different media locations regularly for site checks.
• Monitoring the status of advertisements and display boards on site.
• Taking daily photos of advertisements and updating records.
• Reporting any malfunctions or issues on site to the corporate office.
• Completing all assigned tasks within the stipulated time.
• Maintaining cleanliness and proper condition of the sites.
• Interacting with landlords, vendors, and local residents when necessary.
• Sharing field-related information and reports with the team.
• Supervising company media sites across various locations diligently.

Candidate Requirements

• Ownership of a two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory.
• Possession of a valid driving license is necessary.
• Good knowledge of Lucknow and surrounding areas.
• Willingness to work daily in the field.
• Effective communication skills to interact and explain work to others.
• Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
